The Project Management & Compliance Department oversees ATM installations, changes to currently installed sites, maintains all ATM regulations, mitigates potential liabilities, and helps avoid penalties, sanctions or other legal punishment. This position is responsible for supporting and tracking projects through the project life cycle following PMI’s methodologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation and writing skills are essential.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and processes related to the various tasks outlined within the department.
  • Acts as point of contact and manages ATM projects as defined by management.
  • Manages more complex deployment projects.
  • Works with various internal and external clients.
  • Creates and updates QuickBase records.
  • Assist with project reconciliation and invoice approval.
  • Identify and address all deployment issues in a timely manner or as directed by Management.
  • Assists with in-house research, pertaining to events or items in Core, Oracle, Doc-Link and Service Provider databases/web portals.
  • Mentor other PMs on project methodology as needed on.
  • Provide stakeholder reports for project status and conditions.
  • Manage failed bring lives to resolution.

  • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
  • Proficient with project management methodology as prescribed by PMI organization.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years with Customer Service and Project Management experience preferred in the financial industry.
  • Additional weekend and after hours work may be required on occasion.
  • Remote network access to be required on occasion, company laptop to be provided
  • Must be able to work in an environment requiring extensive telephone and computer work and be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Requires strong communications skills, written and oral.
  • Must be team oriented with creative team building skills
  • Must be able to express and follow the company Mission, Principles and Procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands.
  • Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
  • Familiar with deployment processes and expectations with financial institutions.
