Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Wharton Customer Analytics (WCA), the Senior Associate Director of Corporate Engagement provides organizational and project management for all industry engagement through the Corporate Partnership program, Industry & Alumni events, Executive Board, and other initiatives that may occur within the center.
Job Description
Oversees developing and sourcing new leads for the Corporate Partnership program and leads the management of the relationships of Corporate Partners and WCA Executive Board members.
Identifies prospects to the WCA’s Executive Director and Wharton External Affairs for potential engagement, stewardship, and retention plans and maintains the center’s CRM system (Salesforce).
Manages the strategy and implementation of all WCA industry and alumni engagement events in partnership with the Senior Associate Director of WCA Operations including budget, expenses, event marketing and communication plans, and ROI calculation.
Guides the Executive Director and Faculty Director to curate content and secure speakers for all events and supervises an Events Coordinator in overseeing all event logistics.
Qualifications
BA/BS and 5 – 7 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
