- The Scrum Master is self-motivated and serves as a highly organized team leader responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile\Scrum practices
- Communicate with both the development team and customer

- Bring disclosure and transparency about the project to the PM and customer
- Work with Product Owner and team to groom product backlog
- Work with customers and team leads to outline release plans
Requirements
- Experience with project management, agile, scrum, and/or lean principles
- Experience developing schedules and Work Breakdown Structures
- Experience with obtaining and analyzing metrics
- Strong coaching, influencing and communication skills
- A passion for quality and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience leading through influence, working closely with development leadership
- Strong experience being a Servant Leader
- Current Scrum industry certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe practitioner (SP), or equivalent
- 2+ years of IT Team Leader Analyst or Scrum Master experience
- Analyzes and prepares written reports on program and project performance using qualitative analyses, and other project techniques
- Ability to remove barriers from production teams (i.e., development, infrastructure, documentation and escalate issues where appropriate)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project implementation environment
