Right of Way Project Manager

AstraWorks recruits within the engineering and construction market. This position is supporting a national design/build engineering firm with substantial projects in the area.

Seeking a ROW project manager to support various infrastructure projects throughout VA and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Right-of-Way projects
• Working with client to ensure proper ROW plans and scope of work
• Providing administrative direction and coordinating the activities/operations of project lifecycle
• Day-to-day management of the project: management of Agents and other personnel, budget, financial requirements, scheduling and documentation
• Building relationships with vendors and agencies and clientsMinimum Requirements:
• Four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Right of Way experience
• 2 years of experience in project management.
• Prior experience with creating/maintaining project schedules and managing budgets.
• Able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines, as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
• Must have excellent communication skills; verbal, written
• Analytical, problem solving, and strong negotiation skills.
