Regional Manager is responsible for all financial and operational performance of 4 apartment communities. SCH Realty manages 600+ apartment homes. Weâre anticipating growth over the next few years.The Regional Manager motivates and manages our community teams, working with them to continuously improve community performance, customer experience, and associate engagement.
Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the hiring, training, coaching and development of all staff. * Analyze team productivity and performance. * Make decisions and take actions to maximize individual, team snd community performance. * Organize, Direct and plan all maintenance staff in all aspects including scheduling vendors and make ready turns. * Obtaining vendor bids * Contribute to annual budgeting process and manage community performance against budget and goals. * Participate in planning marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and drive revenue. * Inspect the communities on a regularly basis and assess opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Must have Yardi experience * At least 5 years conventional multi-family management experience * At least 2 years experience managing multiple sites/multiple communities at one time * Ability to travel up to 75% * Proven experience reading, analyzing and understanding operational financial statements * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage change, solve problems, and make decisions * Strategic thinking and proactive approach * Excellent organizational skills * Depending on current location, relocation may be required * Must possess excellent time management skills * Experience with conflict resolution
