The Elms at Centreville is looking for a seasoned Property Manager to manage this beautiful 268-apartments community! The ideal candidate:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial success of the property
  • Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Effectively hire, lead, coach, train, and develop team members
  • Promotes and encourages on-going training and development of team
  • Marketing and selling of the community
  • Implements successful community events
  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Preventive and on-going maintenance of the physical asset to include contract management
  • Effective relationship with company
  • Budget preparation
  • Positive role model
  • Supports company’s business decisions and events
  • Seeks and participates in on-going training/education
  • Effective relationship within local community/county to include community leaders, businesses, and organizations
  • Schedules, conducts, and document regular team meetings
  • Contribute to the team’s effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed

  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Required

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer service or sales/marketing experience, supervisory experience, and/or 3 years property management experience
