Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial success of the property
- Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively hire, lead, coach, train, and develop team members
- Promotes and encourages on-going training and development of team
- Marketing and selling of the community
- Implements successful community events
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Preventive and on-going maintenance of the physical asset to include contract management
- Effective relationship with company
- Budget preparation

- Supports company’s business decisions and events
- Seeks and participates in on-going training/education
- Effective relationship within local community/county to include community leaders, businesses, and organizations
- Schedules, conducts, and document regular team meetings

Education & Experience Required
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Customer service or sales/marketing experience, supervisory experience, and/or 3 years property management experience
