F+W Real Estate Group, an industry leader in property management, is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an affordable apartment community in Christiansburg, VA.
As our new Property Manager, you will apply your experience and expertise in all day to day operations of the property including, but not limited to:
Application process; rent collection; payroll; marketing and filling vacant apartments; ensuring compliance with HUD regulations; purchasing and budget management; maintaining accurate and well-organized files. The Property Manager is directly responsible for all aspects of the community and services. It is the Property Managers responsibility to manage the community to ensure efficient and profitable operation.
As our new Property Manager, you are highly motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You have an energetic personality and can connect with people in person, on the phone, and by email. You are passionate about customer service and helping others.
We are looking for a talented individual with Section 8 and HUD experience. Experience in business & field related computer software including Microsoft Office,Outlook, Word, Excel, will also be core skills of our new Property Manager.
