We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will manage the end-to-end promotional signage process for our tech client’s retail stores. The Promotional Signage PM will have the opportunity to help drive sales in our physical retail stores through the development of compelling promotional marketing to customers. Working in close partnership with our merchandising leads, creative agencies, internal creative team, and internal marketing teams, the Promotions Signage PM will define and execute promotional signage for our hero product categories. This role also oversees the strategy for how we market and message financing in store.
What You’ll Do:
- Cross-team collaboration and communication
- Manage end-to-end marketing promotional signage creation process.
- Receive briefs from Buying teams and manage executional process with store communications, design/agency and printing/shipping teams.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Planogram and Merchant teams to plan for weekly store sets; Manages signage placement at Store 0 for walkthroughs
- Manage vendor relationship from a marketing of finance standpoint
- React quickly to field and leadership requests
- Promotion prioritization and Process thought leadership
- Successfully manage and execute promotional signage requests and proactive thinking including, driving project schedules, briefing in the ask and leading reviews with leadership
- Align business promo priorities to in-store marketing execution, leveraging in-store creative and messaging principles.
- Develop and manage the creative briefings, work scope and deadlines â plan the work/work the plan
- Problem solve for errors and execute solutions; drive continual process improvement

- Work with print partners to place print orders, arrange delivery and manage costs
- Immersing oneself in the promo tool on a daily/hourly basis to understand promotions and regular updates

What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in physical marketing and strategy
- Retail and promotional planning experience
- A strong background in project management
- An understanding of finance as it relates to marketing
