PROJECT MANAGER

Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) will provide maintenance management for US Federal contracts at LVW Electronics. The PM will be responsible for overall project management and project tracking for ongoing and new maintenance contracts. The PM will ensure data entry into LVW’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and will be responsible for ensuring that all project parameters are tracked, reportable and analyzed to ensure contract performance. The PM will function as the primary point of contact for customers, will direct LVW and subcontractor resources, liaise with the LVW logistics and scheduling team, and ensure data entry into contract deliverables such as operations reports maintenance logs, inventory reports, etc. The PM will also ensure the development and dissemination of internal LVW documentation as needed to ensure the maintenance management function is able to provide seamless and customer-focused support for current clients.

- Project Management/Maintenance Project Manager experience
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Government Contracting Experience, (budgeting, pricing, and proposals)
- Manage 24/7 Maintenance Teams, CONUS/OCONUS
- Assist with high-level emergencies/incidents requiring off-duty responses
- Will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Task Orders
- Track, Compliance, Produce, & Provided Government contract deliverables per the Contracted Performance Work Statements (PWS)
- Assuring the proper collection and accounting of Task Order revenues/expenditures
- Provide/Present Operational Reports to Program Manager(s)
- Review, plan, schedule, and manage all maintenance repair and Preventive Maintenance Activities
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Acquires, coordinates and manages the work of Subcontractors as required for specified repairs
- Subcontractor Periodic Maintenance Inspection/Corrective Maintenance Tracking and Scheduling
- Provide detailed tracking for equipment and materials
- Produce, Review, Revise, and Submit Periodic Maintenance Inspection Reports
- Produce, Review, Revise, and Submit Equipment Status Reports
- Produce, Review, Revise, Submit Operational Reports
- Provide Position Redundancy to other Maintenance Department Staff
- Knowledgeable of OSHA Safety and Compliance
Description of Required Tasks:
- Review, Revise, Submit Periodic Maintenance Inspection Reports
- Review, Revise, Submit Equipment Status Reports
- Review, Revise, Submit Operational Reports
- Provide Position Redundancy to other Maintenance Department Staff
- Processing subcontractor proposals, and requests for quotes
- Review subcontractor proposals and associated documents for accuracy and proper pricing
- Creating service orders (SO’s) – generally emergency SO’s, and SO proposals
- Sending out firm fixed priced (FFP’s) and not to exceed (NTE’s) to subcontractors
- Sending out site schedules (for LVW work and subcontractor work)
- Compiling receipts and invoices for SO’s scanning them in and sorting them to the correct SO’s
- Close out NTE SO’s and submit to LVW accounting department for billing
- Close out FFP SO’s and submit to LVW accounting department
- Update SO Tracker daily and provide tracker to Government counterpart on a weekly basis
- Weekly updates of the SO tracker – reviewing all open, approved, and completed SO’s with missing information. Adding schedule updates (sends a master schedule every Friday). Verifying that we have dates on all approved SO’s (date of approval and date of schedule) and look for close-out paperwork for completed SO’s that are still marked for missing documents.
- Reviewing accident hazard analysis (AHA’s) for SO’s
- Schedule preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) efforts with site point of contacts (POCs) for LVW Technicians
- Track subcontractor PM and CM schedules on site and review their daily reports for information
- Maintain PM schedules and procedures for LVW Technicians and subcontractors
- Enter CM efforts daily on LVW Technicians and subcontractors into RMS
- Track LVW Technicians on the ground and coordinate needed rental equipment
- Review PM checklists and technician reports as soon as they are provided for accuracy & track deficiencies
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and send to Government counterpart
- Review and approve technicians travel expense reports (TERs) and business expense reports (BERs)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years in the field of maintenance and repair of ACP equipment and/or electrical-mechanical experience
- Must be able to perform the technical aspects of work and convey information clearly in English in written form and orally.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must be able to obtain/maintain at a minimum a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Checks (NACLC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- Direct relevant experience with Active Vehicle Barriers (AVBs) a plus
- Direct experience performing maintenance management for Federal clients a plus
- Experience with CMMS systems a strong plus
