    Project Title: Project Manager (Contract)

    Location: Raleigh, NC

    Duration: 6 months (Possible extension)

    Salary: Negotiable

    • Project Manage Operational Deployment of Product/Manufacturing Process

    The ideal leader is a person who:

    • Has extensive project management experience (PMP preferred) and has done a lot of project plan writing and execution. We need a PM who can lead meetings, drive outcomes and manage day-to-day project management tasks to ensure effective implementation.
    • Is well-versed in communicating across multiple levels of leadership from functional managers to Sr. Level Executives. This engagement will require a combination of operational and project management skills. Therefore, candidate must be a seasoned professional with the ability to gain cooperation through influence and collaboration.
    • Has successfully led operational, product, or process improvement initiatives from to completion.
    • Is a Servant-leader. Adaptation will be important in this role as initial task will be more administrative, but will gradually and rapidly shift to full project management.
    • Is willing to work on site in Raleigh, NC (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
    • Has a contagious “can-do” attitude

    Day-to-to Responsibilities:

    In order to get up to speed on the initiative the initial responsibilities of this role will be to support the Sr. Consultant with administrative tasks as follows:

    • Initiating meetings and taking role
    • Documenting and sending notes
    • Creating Updating Risk, Assumption, Issues, and Decision Logs
    • Creating and Updating data tables
    • Structuring documents and creating templates
    • Gathering and Analyzing feedback data to communicate to Sr. Consultant

    Once up to speed on the project, this role will transition to this role becoming the lead Project Manager on the project having ownership of the following task:

    • Ideation and execution
    • Assessment of project journey and creation of executive reports
    • Assessing project performance
    • Preparing and hosting Steering Committee Updates
    • Hosting internal and cross-functional team meetings
    • Holding departmental staff and executive leadership accountable to deliverables
    • Developing and controlling deadlines
    • Developing resource management tools
    • Determining ways to improve the overall project
    • Cross-functional executive and strategic partner accountability

    You’ll know if you are the ideal candidate if you have the following:

    • 5-7 years of Experience in Product, Process Improvement or Operational Project Management
    • Experience in HealthCare or Dentistry is a plus (Preferably Retail Healthcare)
    • PMP (preferred)
