Project Manager – Construction
· The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs.
· The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
· The Project Manager will oversee and allocate resources for various construction projects.
· The Project Manager will support the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
· The Project Manager may provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers enforce company and project policies, maintains close client interface and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Qualification
· 4+ years in Project Management
· Able to travel 25%
· Nice to have experience with the construction industry and LEAN methodology
