Based on fundamental principles of cancer cell biology, the Praedicare DxTM platform provides predictive biomarkers for both liquid and solid cancers.

Eutropics is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Diagnostics Project Manager that will be responsible for coordinating Biomarker Discovery and Biomarker Companion Diagnostic Assay Development projects at Eutropics. In this position the Project Manager will lead collaborative cross functional efforts to advance our laboratory developed tests (LDTs) through technical validation, and ultimately into use in clinical trials.

Responsibilities include developing work plans, including timelines and budgets; managing projects; tracking timelines, deliverables and milestones; providing project status updates and technical communications; smoothly executing the transfer of projects and data; ensuring compliance with all performance requirements; proactively anticipating, identifying and mitigating technical performance issues and potential clinical/regulatory risks while ensuring that project timelines are met; assisting in the development of biomarker assay use pertinent to clinical trial research strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage projects in LDT platform areas, including: antibody-based IHC, IF, high-resolution imaging, ELISA, and Flow cytometry, as well as cell-based functional assays. Provide input and communicate biomarker updates (technical, logistical, etc.) to Eutropics’ drug development collaborators and clients.

· Define project objectives and requirements, and provide necessary structure to both ongoing and new projects.

· Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project timelines.

· Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.

· Guide high performance cross-functional project teams.

· Lead risk management efforts within project teams, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.

· Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget.

· Present project deliverables, budget and timelines.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Life Sciences/Chemistry PhD with 3 years of Project Management experience in the Oncology diagnostics/companion diagnostics industry is preferred.
Candidates that do not have a PhD but have project management experience in biopharma and a keen scientific acumen will be considered.

Additional Qualifications:

· Cancer Cell Biology background applied to Clinical Biomarker development is strongly preferred.

· Must have prior project management experience within a clinical research/development environment.

· Knowledge of biomarker-guided drug discovery and drug development processes is preferred.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work in a nimble, versatile environment is required.

· Robust knowledge of project management principles, practices, tools, and methodologies is required.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels.

· Sound technical aptitude and proven ability to grasp general knowledge of cancer cell biology and cancer therapeutics with superior technical skills.

· Strong competencies in planning and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.

· Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.

· Ability to produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications and oral presentations.
