The Project Manager will be responsible for managing product development portfolio, and supervising the daily operations and activities of individual projects, including scheduling and budgeting. You will work with the corporate quality department to maintain and oversee the staged-gate product development process; evaluate and recommend appropriate staffing needed for each project; prepare status reports and assure that projects are on schedule to meet the target dates. The Project Manager will identify and evaluate critical path activities needed by each project, analyze contingencies and present alternatives to overcome obstacles. You will supervise and mentor team members, and ensure that the project team is working efficiently according to project objectives, goals, specifications, deliverable and timelines. The Project Manager also records minutes of meetings when necessary, prepare meeting agenda; and disseminate relevant project data and information.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorâs degree in biology, biochemistry, engineering or other related science. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Must posses previous experience in injectable Pharmaceuticals
Demonstrated experience in managing projects within product development processes.
Excellent writing and verbal skills.
Organized, strategic-thinker and team player
Excellent team building skills and the ability to work under pressure
Contract manufacturing experience Preferred
