WxProofing LLC, a leading building restoration and weatherproofing company, has a Project Manager role available in Greensboro, N.C. As a WxP Project Manager, you will engage in all aspects of the business, from customer relationship development to estimating, contract procurement, schedule and change management, field execution and project closeout. Your primary responsibilities will be growing customer relationships through consistent project execution and delivery — aligned with our strong customer-centered culture that includes our prospects, clients, coworkers and subcontract partners.

Our established relationships in the construction industry and the Triad region generate leverage for growth and provide strong support that will help you create success as a Project Manager.

As a successful candidate, you:

· Have a track record of managing projects successfully with an entrepreneurial approach to making it happen

· Move quickly from project to project, keeping a good grasp of the details without losing perspective of the ‘big picture’

· Enjoy handling multiple projects in various stages of completion, easily moving from project to project

· Have a high sense of urgency to address and resolve challenges that arise over the course of a project

· Build strong customer and subcontractor relationships

· Have experience in construction industry, with some knowledge of estimating, scheduling and field operations

· Manage projects to beat the schedule and enhance the return for the customer and the company

Qualifications & Requirements

· 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience; weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience preferred

· Excellent communications skills and customer service experience

· Strong understanding of project financial management

· Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred
