Marketing Project Manager
Seeking an outstanding marketing professional with a strong background in managing retail marketing projects and programs to join our company. Our work focuses on developing marketing and operation strategies for enthusiast-driven brands to execute in their retail channels.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable ability to work with a team to manage projects from development to execution. Strong planning, writing, organizational skills and communication are A MUST.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with client as project liaison
- Working with senior management to identify and implement specific strategic marketing initiatives
- Effectively managing up to senior management while coordinating with other team members as needed
- Managing projects through development from start to finish, including providing status updates and quickly replying to client requests
- Conducting thorough research and providing clear conclusions to senior management
- Identifying solutions to issues facing retail marketing
- Conceptualizing new ideas and tactics
- Ensuring all projects are completed accurately, on time and within scope of work
- Working closely with and overseeing all departments on project needs such as strategy, copywriting and creative
- Developing content that prioritizes and summarizes objectives
- Research industry happenings and best practices for clients and specific projects
- Conducting live webinars (and familiar with Go To Meetings a plus)
- Reviewing and analyzing survey responses and drawing conclusions and recommendations
- Overseeing multiple projects with overlapping time frames
- Writing clear and effective âhow-toâ guidance for client programs
- Leveraging a program management software (Workamajig) for time and budget tracking and production management including developing and managing back schedules
- Working with data analysis to gauge and measure results
