Project Manager

Our client is a large telecommunications company providing state-wide data communication services to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ITIL business practices and familiar with large enterprise service contracts.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to motivate others is required.

The position is associated with a 10-year termed contract.

Requirements of the Project Manager

• Associate or Bachelor Degree
• ITIL certification or willingness to train
• Experience in managing order fulfillment tasks

• Manage orders and fallouts
• Create templates
• Attention to details
• Align resources
• Schedule meetings
• Gain acceptance
• Reporting
• Familiarity with telecom equipment and terminology
• Superior customer services experience with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proven experience in people management
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Proven experience in risk management
• Proven experience in change management
• Proficient in project management software
• Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge and usage
• Intermediate MS Project knowledge and usage

Interview is in person in the Mechanicsburg area.

Clear criminal history required.
