Come forge your path SPS Commerce! We are looking to hire a Project Manager who plays a key role within Analytics Implementation. In this role you will be responsible for providing the highest level of account client support to ensure overall customer satisfaction and drive a positive client experience through quality, timely end-to-end delivery throughout the project life cycle. As part of our Customer Engagement & Project Management team, the PM maintains the best customer experience possible while planning, executing, and monitoring projects under an Agile environment. An ideal candidate will have experience working with external clients in a similar industry to SPS Commerce.

The Day-to-Day
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, manage project implementation from initiation to closure – under Kanban Agile
- Drive a high volume of high complexity projects to timely completion with quality. Analyze & remediate any issues causing delays
- Participate in regular project status calls with Sales and Account Executives, managing multiple external accounts, multiple in-flight projects and provide project status updates.
- Managing the customers’ expectations around SPS products and solution
- Manage in-flight projects through tight, regular communication with internal technical teams and customers
- Resolve project scheduling conflicts by working with priority stakeholders to adjust priority of projects
What experience and skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in business or technology
- 2-3 years of prior Account and/or Project Management experience in a technical/software space
- Demonstrated previous external customer management experience, preferably within SaaS/ Supply Chain space is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate and clearly communicate business issues and technical information to individuals at varied levels of expertise
- Agile knowledge or work experience under Kanban or Scrum
- Solid understanding of SDLC and project management processes and best practices
