Project Manager

SUMMARY:

The Project Manager in Business Development will support the University Clinical Health’s development and growth activities; duties include but not limited to management of large scale projects, service line expansion, new site development and builds, management services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and partnership collaborations. The Project Manager will also lead the Business Development department’s multiple collaborative projects with cross-functional teams, to ensure deliverables are achieved based on project plan. The Project Manager will also serve a liaison between UCH and outside counsel as needed. And other duties as assigned.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s):

Provide project management support for due diligence related activities, including convening meetings, timelines and deliverables, developing agendas, and management of project plan and implementation metrics. Manage macro level Business Development priority list.

Provide an understanding of all items within project plan to ensure the cross-functional team has appropriate guidance, and their deliverables are relevant, accurate, and timely.

Support the Executive Director of Business Development to interface with stakeholders and sponsors on project timelines, progress, issues, and plans for resolution utilizing project planning techniques and clear communication.

Prepare and deliver presentations and agendas for internal and external company meetings in support of Business Development activities; including, but not limited to, joint ventures opportunities, go to market strategies for new products and services, and acquisition analysis.

Align and prioritize workload in accordance with business strategy and objectives.

Required Experience:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

2-3 years of professional experience strongly preferred

Experience preferred in the area of healthcare with a preference in medical practices

Demonstrated experience in project management

Experience and strong business acumen including financial statement and project ROI.

Demonstrated high levels of initiative, innovation, and collaboration.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity and provide a structured problem solving approach.

Positive attitude and demonstrated flexibility in re-prioritizing projects.

Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
