The Project Manager role at WLE is heavily customer facing and participates in all phases of the construction project cycle. In pre-contract, familiarize yourself with the project, objectives and project terms; fill out project schedules – turn into the Project Coordinator; turn in projected list of crews needed to the appropriate VP; throughout the project you are passing scheduling updates to the PC (weekly); liasoning change orders between estimating/revenue manager and customer; fill out material order forms – send to Purchasing Agent; responsible for all direct customer communication; daily on-site management of projects; final walks; WLE punch lists; warranty items for all projects managed; help with collections processes; help check payroll cost codes as needed; submit CAPEX ideas to VP’s; help on-board employees (new PM’s and Foreman).
