Over all 19+ years of Non-Technical
Project Manager with experience working with multiple organizations and vendors
on sensitive people and recruiting-related matters
Good
experience in Recruiting, including Human Resources for hiring processes,
multiple recruiting organizations, Hiring Managers, Technical Interviewers,
Finance and Legal organizations, Business Unit Leaders, and PMO members.
Reported and managed projects via
various project management tools and softwareâs.
Expertise in MS Project, ServiceNow,
Innotas and Clarity.
Design, Document, Implement and
govern best practice ITIL process for Portfolio project, Incident, Problem,
Change and Knowledge management within operations department, Negotiated and
implemented SLA and OLAs.
Excellent communicator at Executive,
Leader, and Manager Levels
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills are must.
Experience in Onsite/offshore model
