The Job: Cover Your Pergola Leader
- Directly report to Dallas GM and have 2 direct reports
- Hire, lead, manage, and hold direct reports (Lead installer and co-installer) accountable
- Estimation, selling, scheduling, and coordination with inside sales rep for installation jobs
- Set up other companies as certified installers and act as point of contact for these accounts
- Help establish new solutions and products to increase efficiency of installation and help grow sales
- Manage operating expenses to maintain and increase profitability
- Lead installs for 4-10 months until costs are covered to hire a secondary installer.
Benefits:
- $45,000-$55,000 salary
- 5% of Gross Profit on jobs

Qualifications:
· 5 years of construction, carpentry, or millwork
· Proven history of leadership, project management, and P&L

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
