Ardmor Construction is seeking an experienced Production Manager.
Job Purpose:
Ensures expedient and quality builds through leading the development and implementation of production systems. Responsible for analyzing and strategic planning of technical and process developments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain production schedule
- Coordinate with suppliers, order and schedule material deliveries
- Direct and supervise field staff
- Hire and coordinate with subcontractors
- Track job profitability
- Coordinate with homeowners for purposes of scheduling, change orders, satisfaction upon job completion
- Maintain quality assurance and control
- Other projects as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have a working knowledge of personal computer operation.
- Proficient in using processes and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of production; follows processes well, applies training effectively.
- Can maintain and grow technical knowledge and expertise.
- Can be accurate, precise and pay attention to detail.

- Flexibility/Adaptability â Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change. Ability to communicate effectively with field staff, suppliers, customers and management staff.

Experience:
- Relevant: 5 years (Required)
- Production Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Construction industry experience highly preferred
