The Southwest’s largest industrial finishing company is seeking an experienced production manager. Experience in all phases of industrial painting and powder coating required. Supervise 75-90 production employees on two shifts with the help of three production supervisors and one scheduler/expediter.
We apply most types of liquid and powder coatings including CARC (experience extremely helpful), polyurethanes, epoxies, PTFE, ceramics, dry film lube, etc. If it can be air dried or cured in a 500 degree oven we will apply it.
We have a large blasting booth and an automated Pangborn wheel blaster. We, also, chemfilm in large 42″ X 55″ X 44″ deep tanks so some plating experience would be helpful but not required. We run several batch booths and one large conveyor line for both liquid painting and powder coating.
Our customers include military, electronics, semi-conductor manufacturing, medical, construction, after market automotive and others. We apply coatings to parts ranging in size from screw heads to large frames and everything in between. Part volumes range from 1 to 10,000 with many jobs under 10 pieces.
We are a fast paced company with many expedited jobs and very picky, demanding customers. If your only experience is in a captive shop do not apply.
Some Spanish language proficiency would be helpful but not required.
