Assist Business Real Estate Executive with coordination of various personal administrative and basic bill paying activities. May include calendar management, travel arrangements, excel schedules for various topics and activities including timelines and costs.

Casual but smart environment.

Located just west of Century City.

Part time ; can do work from home or remote as well.

Office / Meeting time ; 1 – 2 hours a week.

Home / Remote work time; 1 – 2 hours a week.

Must be proficient in Excel and Word

Would be good to know powerpoint, quickbooks or other bookkeeping software.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour

Experience:
