Description
Williams Tenders USA is the US distributor for Williams Jet Tenders, the worlds leading rigid inflatable jet tender specialist. From our 10,000 sqft facility in Pompano Beach, FL we provide sales, and service.
As an integral member of our team, the Parts Manager is a customer service focused position responsible for customer retention, cost controls, achievement objectives, and maintenance of all parts records and inventory.
Essential Duties
- Provide support to Service Manager, Service Team, and customers
- Inventory management
- Receiving and shipping
- Order processing and payment
- Supply management and positive vendor relations
- Process warranty claims
- Management of parts for in-house technicians
- Responding to all parts enquiries via phone, email and walk-in
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the company’s guidelines
- Creating parts estimates
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience as parts manager required (preferably in the marine industry)
- Experience with Quickbooks (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of marine systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, team oriented, with willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- MAC operating system knowledge (preferred)
Position
This is a full-time salaried position based in our Fort Lauderdale location. Compensation commensurate with experience.
