Full Job Description

At Amerisleep, our team is spread across a dozen retail stores in 7 major U.S. markets and our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. We manufacture locally and also distribute internationally, with official expansion into Australia and South Korea. As one of America’s fastest-growing companies and with hundreds of thousands of satisfied sleepers, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can help us streamline our workflows, train and coach our team members, support our retail stores, oversee our supply chain, and make a meaningful impact on the business overall.

You’ll work with our Product, Customer Service, Design, Marketing, and Retail teams to improve and optimize the way in which we work. Responsibilities:

  • Planning, assigning and directing various projects, while managing quality control
  • Assisting in the screening and hiring of new employees
  • Training team members
  • Formal evaluation of employee work performance
  • Managing our supply chain
  • Negotiating with various vendors from SaaS platforms to freelance designers and more
  • Identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks
  • Developing and documenting new systems to increase efficiency


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask
  • Analytical and results-oriented
  • Comfortable managing a large operating budget
  • Familiar with a variety of business fields
  • Proficient in operational best practices and procedures


Requirements

  • This position is full time and based at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Proven track record in Operations Management
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Operations Management
  • Proficient in Excel and with Budget Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Willingness to travel
