Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Accounting
· A/R, A/P, and payroll
· Client records (full info in QB, invoice process of each client – in another system)
· Vendor records (account numbers, phone numbers, etc.)
· Taxes – Payroll, State, Federal, County, etc – (Coordination with CPA for taxes and other functions)
· Financial matters – banking, etc.
Insurance
· Management of policies
· Insurance coverage of assets and vehicles
· Vehicle ID cards
Office
· General day-to-day office matters; order supplies, maintaining office machines, etc.
Requirements
· 3+ years of strong Bookkeeping experience, ability to perform in an Office Manager capacity
· QuickBooks experience
· Multi-Tasker
· Detail Oriented
