Profit 911 Consulting Inc is an East Moline, IL based company serving clients located throughout the USA. We are a lead conversion digital marketing agency specializing in marketing automation and multi channel followup. We primarily assist established service providers who offer services of high transaction or lifetime customer value.

Due to recent growth, we are in search of a full time (or possible part to full time) Marketing Project Manager to work in our East Moline office. This person is the captain of the ship when it comes to assuring swift and accurate fulfillment of projects for our varied clients. You will be the point of contact for our client and work with our internal and contract labor teams to break down, assign, monitor, and expedite work tasks on complex marketing implementation projects.

Your skill-set shows great experience in interpersonal communication (phone, email, etc) as well as a general marketing background. While you needn’t have expert level marketing skills (we have staff for that part), you do need to be well versed enough to communicate and work through clients on their needs and wants and translate that into actionable tasks for our implementation team. You should be able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously while being the “communications hub” between our client and our technical teams. You assure amazing customer service for our clients as well as our internal staff needs to facilitate rapid implementation.

You should have some basic working knowledge (not technical expertise) of the following:

CRM Systems (primarily Infusionsoft/Keap or other marketing automation software)

PPC

Zapier and Software Integration Function (again knowledge of what can be done, not how to do the technical setup)

Direct Response Marketing

Digital Marketing

Direct Mail Marketing

If you are familiar with Dan Kennedy and his teachings that would be a huge advantage for you. If not, among other things you need to be able to intake and learn new info quickly to get up to speed. You should be comfortable in an environment with changing demands and multiple client personalities.
