Manager – Branch

As a team Manager, your mission is to motivate your team to practice Monroe Clinic’s Vision, Values and Service Excellence Standards. With equal parts inspirational and operational resolve, you’ll clearly define expectations, processes and action steps to accomplish your department’s strategic goals. With “patient first” thinking as your beacon, you’ll be the daily glue and obstacle remover that builds relationships and shared purpose within your team and across departments.

You will work directly with the Director of Primary Care to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the department(s). You will also work with providers and staff to ensure high quality service, great patient satisfaction, and excellent access to primary care. As the Coach, you will help the team meet goals in an evolving primary care landscape. You will use excellent communication skills to engage and inspire the providers and staff to improve care delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Nursing degree (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN) from an accredited school of nursing. BSN or MSN preferred.

Diploma or ADN nurses must complete their BSN within 6 years of their hire dates. Starting a BSN completion program within 2 years of hire and maintaining steady progress toward degree completion will demonstrate satisfactory progress.

EXPERIENCE: Two to three years of experience in a supervisory position or demonstrated leadership preferred. Previous outpatient clinic nursing experience is strongly preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed to practice professional nursing based on branch location. BLS required.
