Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager.

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, positive individual with a passion for creating high quality menu items and an exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a responsible individual who can lead and manage a kitchen staff and oversee all back of house operations. The Kitchen Manager will manage the back of house staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of all areas of the kitchen including production, prep, purchasing and receiving.

What We Require:

• Minimum of two years restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus.
• Proven track record in managing COGS and labor.
• Detail oriented with the capability to oversee all aspects of the business and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certified or able to successfully complete certification.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends.

Salary: $38,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
