Job Description Responsibilities:
Looking for a Junior Product Owner with Project Management experience for a Voice Technology project and training curriculum.
The successful candidate will be able to design and execute on Beta testing initiatives that involve users of Alexa skills on the Amazon Echo and users of Google Actions on Google Assistant, selected from a community of users who are using those Alexa skills and Google Actions. The Beta testing initiatives can last from 2 weeks to 2 months and will involve groups of 10 to 20 users per initiative. The Beta testing will consist in testing new features and enhancements and collecting feedback on those features and enhancements prior to general release.
- Should be able to communicate and maintain the technology vendors and users.
- Should have experience in Voice First/Voice UX.
- Work with the customers and collect data.
- Should be able to provide clear written and spoken instructions and step by step guidance to ensure proper testing by the users.
- The candidate with engage the users mainly through phone interviews and face to face, in both one-on-one as well as group settings. Will host user group discussions. Some travel is required.
