We are in search of an experienced IT Project Manager with to manage the full project life-cycle of large and complex enterprise-wide technical application projects within an Agile team. We are interested in candidates with experience driving highly sophisticated project teams, identifying and communicating project status and risk, managing internal, external, vendor, and resources.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop integrated baseline project plans applying estimating models, identify resources and skills required, document estimating assumptions, refine plans and manage performance against them.
  • Recommend best solutions based on understanding of business issues.
  • Provide task-based schedule and cost forecasts and assist in assessing risk-based provisions.
  • Capture and track program metrics and perform analysis.
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
  • Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
  • Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.
  • Manage project closure initiatives, such as client satisfaction survey and closure analysis.
  • Document and archive project activities, deliverables, tools and findings for future projects.

Required Experience:
  • Experience working in a heavily matrixed organization where the PM does not own the project resources required for delivery of the solution,
  • Experience with projects that delivered an application level software solution in a heavily regulated industry – most preferably with Consumer Lending,
  • Experience working closely with Solution Architects for technical requirements,
  • Experience working closely with Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts for business requirements,
  • Experience working with groups such as Risk, Compliance, Project Governance, Production Readiness, Information Security, Change Management, etc…
  • Experience working as a PM with Agile teams,
  • Experience with delivery of solutions that use Cloud, Hosted, and On Premise solutions,
  • Experience working in delivery of mainframe and distributed system solutions,
  • Experience working closely with a wide variety of IT engineers who design and develop mainframe and distributed software solutions that include Application Program Interfaces (APIs), Server Builds, Network Connectivity, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral
