This role is integral in managing projects and agile teams executing in a range of methodologies and technologies including agile, lean and cloud-native. This role needs someone who is knowledgeable about both business and technology, ensures the project meets scope, schedule, and budget, manages risk, and ensures government receives actionable information in a timely manner necessary to obtain decision/guidance to facilitate project execution.

The candidate will have project management experience and knowledge of modernizing legacy applications and systems, DevOps process and tools, Cloud-native development and deployment, User Research and Design, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, and deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe). Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages project plans
- Defines project schedules, allocates resources and monitors progress
- Aligns project objectives with company goals and makes sure agile team is clear on objectives
- Supports the Scrum teams as they implement the solutions
- Delivers technology solutions
- Leads process of issue identification and resolution
- Manages risk tracking process; monitors and manage scope
- Oversees all documentation
- Fosters partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, mathematics, engineering, or related STEM field
- 5 or more years of project management experience
- PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP or Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scum Master
- Understanding of information technology concepts, design, theories, principles, and practices
- Direct experience with: Agile methodologies, Cloud Technologies, AI/ML/RPA and DevSecOps
- Excellent analytical, complex problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to make connections between business needs and technology solutions
- Experience delivering multiple moderate to complex technical solutions at the enterprise level and an understanding of the foundational cycles of solution implementation
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher
