We are a Stealth Aerospace & Defense startup consolidating the enormous $50B+ and fragmented (largest co. has

We’re building the AWS of manufacturing by acquiring Aerospace & Defense manufacturers, operating them ourselves, and dramatically increasing margins, customer happiness & growth rates of acquisitions by implementing proprietary technology (AI/Machine Learning) & lean processes.

After only 2 months in operation, our deal flow is strong and our CEO immediately needs an investment professional as the first hire on the acquisition side of the business.

CEO is a second time founder and startup investor, with 1 exit & 1 pre-IPO success, and unique cross section of skills (in M&A/buyouts, startups & software, Aerospace).

This is a unique opportunity for a top performing PE, Investment Banking or Consulting individual to apply their skills in a startup environment.

The role would be suitable for someone who’s good enough to be a future Partner at a leading PE/IB firm, but wants to operate in a more entrepreneurial environment, and access more learning, responsibility & financial upside now rather than later.

As a startup, we need someone who is excited to help build a hybrid PE Fund/Startup from the ground up, which requires hard work, intelligence, scrappiness and ability to make decisions with sometimes limited data.

We are well funded and actively supported by investors and advisers, and have capital for internal operations, acquisition financing of ~$50M, and easy access to capital for future fundraises when required. Our acquisition targets are $15M-$80M revenue, $2M-$10M Ebitda.

We’re accepting applications from Analysts to VP level, as capability, velocity & drive is more important than your current role level.

We’re offering startup salary, above-market bonuses & big equity in the GP/Startup (carried interest and startup-style equity grants) for the right person.
