The Human Resources Manager develops and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high-performance work environment, that emphasizes on empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and professional development of a superior workforce. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in managing compensation, benefits, recognition, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members long-term and builds our employer brand. Not only oversees this position all HR functions but is also actively engaged in HR processes for Anton Paar USA, which currently has over 200 employees among our four offices nationally (Richmond, Houston, Chicago, and LA).

- Prepares separation notices, related documents and conducts exit interviews
- Background checks for various safety councils
- Strong written and oral communication skills (capable of communicating equally well across company lines i.e. with C-level, Ph.D.-level scientists and technicians).
- 5 + years of proven experience in the Human Resources field
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
- Knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws.
