Responsibilities
- Work with a team of sales professionals and managers, Google stakeholders, clients and agencies to deliver solutions that solve client business challenges. Cultivate relationships with executives through in-person and phone based meetings.
- Build a team of talented acquisition sales professionals and managers and provide leadership, inspiration, guidance and career development.
- Increase effectiveness and efficiency of the team by helping to identify and impact strategic customers to continuously grow with Google.
- Drive collaboration across internal partner teams and leadership critical to your teamâs success. Build alignment and maximize the joint impact of teams toward common goals of great customer experience and sustainable business growth.
- Lead strategic planning and projects to identify key growth opportunities in the Canadian market, including quantitative analysis, industry research and defining go-to-market plans.
