Food Service Director

Full time position available for qualified food service manager in the Roswell, GA area. Experience in long term care or hospital food service management required. Knowledge of food service regulation, DOH guidelines and meal tracker (or similar food service ticket system) required. Knowledge of scheduling employees, ordering food and supplies and maintaining budgets of labor and supplies required.

Serve safe required.

CDM highly desirable.
