Job Description

Provides professional support to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the hospital Board, and other Administrators as needed, regularly exercising descretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. Schedules all appointments, reminds President & CEO of meetings, schedules and deadlines. Maintains Calendar and Receives all visitors for the President & CEO. Maintains high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 or more years’ experience supporting a Sr. Leader
  • Ability to assist concerned/upset parents effectively
  • Manages and Prioritizes Schedule
  • Responsible for Drafting/Composing Correspondence for the CEO
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals
  • Organizational/time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exercises excellent judgment and diplomacy
  • Software Application Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills
  • Coordinate Board Committee Interactions/Requests
  • Support CEO & Hospital Mission & Goals
  • Researches Alternatives and Presents Options
