Job Description
Provides professional support to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the hospital Board, and other Administrators as needed, regularly exercising descretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. Schedules all appointments, reminds President & CEO of meetings, schedules and deadlines. Maintains Calendar and Receives all visitors for the President & CEO. Maintains high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 or more yearsâ experience supporting a Sr. Leader
- Ability to assist concerned/upset parents effectively
- Manages and Prioritizes Schedule
- Responsible for Drafting/Composing Correspondence for the CEO
- Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals
- Organizational/time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Exercises excellent judgment and diplomacy
- Software Application Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent Written Communication Skills
- Coordinate Board Committee Interactions/Requests
- Support CEO & Hospital Mission & Goals
- Researches Alternatives and Presents Options
