As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be providing customers with a consistent level of proactive and professional interactive customer support, in an effort to develop and maintain relationships of trust and open communication throughout the life cycle of the account.
A key role of the Executive Assistant is setting up, communicating, and helping our clients with anything related to our business service offerings. Some examples are below.
- Coordinate and lead client orientations, and communicate client expectations and needs to all affected team members in a timely manner.
- Provide clients with regular account information in an effort to elicit open communication with respect to the value of services and products.
- Walk current clients through our products and giving them a breakdown, step by step when necessary.
- Through proactive reporting and tracking, evaluate and convey a client’s progress on their technology roadmap, staying mindful of critical impacts to the client’s business needs and then relaying that information to our Sales Associates.
- Identify and help qualify communicating requests and client expectations to the Associate team.
- Help clients through periods of transition or change, including but not limited to primary knowledge transfer
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelorâs Degree preferred or 3-5 years business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; including: outlook, word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be self-motivated and open to learning and applying new skills and concepts
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Outstanding customer service/client focus
- Strong time-management skills
- Demonstrate ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both the strategic and functional level
- Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities
