Duties & Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO in his day to day business affairs
Maintaining the CEO’s schedule, calendar, task list, etc.
Attend meetings, prepare minute, summaries, reports, etc.
Conduct research
Perform and manage special assignments and projects as assigned and required
Assist with marketing campaigns, create collaterals, etc. as requested
Prepare analysis of various business areas as directed
Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office applications, Google Apps, CRM’s and project management tools
Experience as an executive assistant
Strong organizational and people skills
Resourceful and results oriented
Ability to multi -task at a frenzied pace
Willingness to “do whatever it takes” to get the job done
Must pass high-level background check
