Tan It All, A premium tanning salon chain, is looking for Energetic Sales associates with at least one year of Management or Assistant Management experience to staff at our 4 locations in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Pflugerville. This position will require afternoons/evenings and weekend shifts.
Candidate Qualifications:
Sales Focused Individual – Someone who loves to sell products/services to an already well-established customer base
Confident – Exhibit great confidence in their ability to talk about beauty
Outgoing Personality – Able to engage every customer about beauty products and services
Reliability – Extremely reliable person with a track record of dependability
Eagerness to learn – This position will mainly work afternoons, evenings and weekends to start learning our processes and how to sell our memberships and products. This position will step in to open stores when the need arises.
Leadership skills – It is important that this employee be able to lead by example and guide a team to excel
Training For Position:
20 – 25 hours online/in-store.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend/kneel to clean tanning equipment and beds.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Required Experience:
At least one year of Assistant or Management Experience.
