We are seeking an innovative and experienced product development leader to help Pluralsight create the technology skills supply chain of the future. Reporting to the Head of Tech Leader experiences within the Experience Org, this person will be responsible for formulating strategic product development plans, building teams, and delivering software products that demonstrate our products’ value to customers as they re-skill and up-skill technologists.

You have rich experience in real-time analytics experiences with technical understanding of streaming data strategies, entity modeling, and related technologies including Kafka, Spark, distributed systems, and cloud platform services.

What you’ll own:

Vision and strategy of our analytics experiences

Continuous value delivery of our analytics experiences

Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the cross-functional (product management, product design, and software engineering) teams that build and support our analytics experiences

Assembling, recruiting, hiring, and managing cross-functional teams of product managers, product designers, and software engineers
