    West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a Director of Operations for its 62 store network and operating team including 120 employees

    To be successful in this role you will ensure quality of operations and customer service, inspire District Managers and store teams, and strengthen our Brand and reputation. Ideal candidates are ambitious and performance-oriented with exceptional people skills. Experience in Senior Operations Management roles is a job requirement.

    Objectives of this Role

    · Work with the President and COO to execute strategies to optimize company growth

    · Full Operating Profit and Loss Responsibility for all Self Storage Projects

    · Supervise District Managers (DM’s) by providing guidance, support and feedback

    · Play a leading role in compiling budgets and growth strategies

    · Manage Growth of Store Network and Optimize Operations Organization and Roles

    · Collaborate with DM’s in the development of strategic goals for operational efficiency and long- term operational plans

    · Analyze data and metrics to evaluate store and individual performance

    · Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration

    · Work with DM’s in the development of financial and budgetary plans

    · Aligning with company objectives, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

    · Develop, implement, and analyze day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives

    Skills and Qualifications

    · 5 years Senior Operations Management experience

    · Proven ability of managing budgets and plan development in a similar role.

    · Proficient operational and financial acumen

    · Strong Leadership and Management Skills

    · Diligent and proactive results-driven personality
