We are currently seeking a Director of Dining Services to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Dining Services Department, and to assure quality dining services is provided at all times. Must be able to implement policies and comply with Federal, State and local codes and standards for the operation of the Dining Services Department.
Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition preferred. Three to five years of dining services in a supervision capacity is required. Knowledge of diet therapy, food production and service, personnel management, purchasing, budgeting and record keeping is required.
