    Key Responsibilities:

    DevOps Manager will monitor, analyze, and predict trends for system performance, capacity, efficiency, and reliability and recommend enhancements to better meet client SLAs and standards.

    • Manage a team of DevOps engineers across remote offices
    • Responsible for the continuous and on-time delivery of application releases
    • Support and improve our tools for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD).
    • Responsible for the framework that provides the facility for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for multiple initiatives
    • Responsible for navigating cloud solutions, on premise solutions and hybrid solutions
    • Responsible for infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling
    • Build automated release pipelines that package, test and deploy code
    • Build out and maintain a suitable tracking dashboards and metrics
    • Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers and Engineers across the organization to deliver a comprehensive solution

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience Build/Release and DevOps combined for Saas/Web/Desktop applications
    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
    • 3+ years working with CI / CD within Azure / AWS
    • Experience with coaching, mentoring, motivating, and leading quality standards
    • Experience with configuration and management tools (i.e. Terraform, Ansible, Salt)
    • Experience in architecting, maintaining, and streamlining our automated build and release pipeline from code compilation, automated testing, to deploying releases to multiple environments.
    • You should be able to drive adoption of CI/CD, deployment automation, and release engineering standard methodologies.
