Position Summary:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible to facilitate the evolution and alignment of AppViewX products to enhance customer growth and intimacy. The manager will lead and mentor inter-departmental teams to adopt thought-out customer-first strategies and tactics.

Nature and Scope of the Role:

  • You will design a sound customer relationship management system, using your creative instincts and acumen
  • You will employ your experience and inclusive mentality to further customer goals
  • You will regularly connect and network with capable business counterparts in the USA, UK and rest of Europe to strengthen a productive company-customer relationship
  • You will become an influential advocate of company solutions and customer-driven mission
  • You will integrate retention, adoption, user experience and happiness as key performance indicators in every strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compatibility between result-driven efforts and customer happiness
  • Understand our products and direct customer success initiatives at the forefront
  • Maximize company potential by aligning Solutions Engineering, Product Support, and Product
  • Management teams’ objectives with customer success
  • Work continuously to identify and match customer goals with our outreach campaigns
  • Prove your prowess at Quarterly and Executive Board Reviews
  • Use your valued work background with the USA- and Europe-based Fortune 500 enterprises to cultivate exponential revenue
  • Travel to the USA and Europe on Business Visa to grow customer network when required

Qualification and Primary Skill Set:

Bachelor’s Degree or a Masters Degree with a thirst to solve customer problems and drive business outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Success
  • Experience in PKI or Exposure – Understanding of PKI

And/or System Engineer / Solution Engineer with a networking vendor
