Marlow White Uniforms, Inc. is a 140-year old company and industry leader specializing in military and first responder dress uniforms. Marlow White’s sales occur primarily through online retail purchases, two brick-and-mortar stores, and national/state/local government procurement contracts.
This is a pivotal moment in Marlow White’s history. With a new uniform launch on the Army’s horizon and our sales, marketing, and support reach growing, we are restructuring the organization to support unprecedented growth.
This Chief Operating Officer role is a newly created position designed specifically to help lead the company in this new chapter. The position is located in our Leavenworth, KS headquarters.
Marlow White is looking for a seasoned, strategic and mission driven Chief Operating Officer to lead its internal operations, manage people and systems to support the organization’s mission, and scale the organization’s future growth. The COO will be a detail-oriented and disciplined leader who is able to translate vision and ideas into results while leading, motivating, and inspiring the company’s different teams. Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the President and others on the Leadership Team, the COO will have the skills and personal confidence to empower others while holding them accountable to deliver measurable results. With a passion for the mission, a strong work ethic, a commitment to transparent and concise communication, and the ability to learn quickly, the COO will have the opportunity to play a tremendous role in Marlow White’s success in the coming years.

· Strategic Vision: The COO will have the ability to anticipate future marketing, sales, and inventory activities and trends. The COO will be able to take their findings and incorporate them into the organizational plan.
· General Management: The COO will have broad experience with the full range of business functions and systems. These include:

- Business Operations
- Managing Government Contracts
- Facilities & Office Management
Military experience is a plus. This COO will effectively be the company’s executive officer (XO) supporting and helping lead all aspects of the business.
