K&S/Champion Investments is applying for an Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensary License in Illinois and is actively seeking an experienced Manager to join our team should the license be awarded. We have a passion for the benefits of cannabis as well as community engagement and are seeking a Manager with similar passions. Job Duties:
Managing staff including scheduling, delegating tasks, conflict resolution
Resource for staff regarding products, policies/procedures, and industry regulations
Managing and implementing the POS System
Superior customer service for vendors and customers
Oversee orders and deliveries for accuracy and timeliness
Maintain all records of daily dispensary activity in accordance with Illinois standards
Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to the management team
Required Experience and Skills
Must be 21 years or older to apply
Minimum 2 years cannabis industry experience
Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience
Proficient in MS Office
Detail-Oriented
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in fast paced, compliance driven environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
