Produce quantity and quality of receivables to meet or exceed your business plan and delinquency and loss ratio standards.
Recruit, Train, and retain the personnel needed to meet or exceed our budget and plan.
Maintain compliance with all of the Company’s policies, procedures, State and Federal laws, regulations, and licensing.
Maintain FHC facilities so that they are always a safe and attractive place to work, and for our customers to visit.
