Position Summary
WePlenish is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our fast-paced startup that is building a more connected world through IoT and smart products. As seen in TechCrunch, Inc. & Forbes, WePlenish is launching a line of Smart Containers that ‘Never Run Out’ of consumable goods and we are looking for someone with the right blend of tech-savvy and ambition to grow with the company.
Our ideal candidate will manage software and hardware development projects, support company managers, manage project schedules, coordinate engineering work-efforts and apply superb organizational and communication skills to keep a fluid R&D through to go-to-market progress.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Participate in project planning, specifications and scoping process alongside company and product managers
- Document, organize and assign work-effort responsibilities alongside technical product managers
- Manage the implementation of projects throughout all delivery stages and under tight deadlines – from development planning to product commercialization
- Monitor project timetables and milestones and collaborate with engineers to help ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met
- Track scope changes and keep project plans up to date and reflect progress made to company management on regular cadence
- Assist with quality assurance and deliverable testing
- Assist with customer facing technical and product communication s
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology -OR- equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies like agile, scrum, etc.
- 3 to 5 years of Project Management and/or Consulting experience.
Computer Skills
Proficient Experience with MS-Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, software productivity tools, project management tools, automation software.
Language Skills
English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish a plus
Other Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building
- Strong analytical, planning, communication and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and software/hardware engineers at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to track, manage and deliver on multiple projects running in parallel
